The builder’s sales representative works for the builder. Having your own Realtor provides representation throughout the process, helps with negotiations, contract review, inspections, builder communication, and ensures you have an advocate looking out for your interests.
Rebate Disclaimer
Rebates are only available with the approval of the party we represent in the transaction. They must be applied at closing and shown on the closing statement, unless restricted by the lender or builder. Rebates are also subject to builder approval and may depend on using certain service providers or receiving third-party approval (such as lender restrictions).
If a rebate cannot be applied at closing because of lender rules or maximum incentives already received, we may provide the rebate after closing. In that case, a W-9 will be required and a 1099 will be issued for tax purposes. Please contact us for full details.
